In this episode, I interview, Kristen May, a Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher as well as an Engineer by trade. She vulnerable shares how she found mindfulness and continues to use mindfulness as a tool and practice to manage various cycles of stress, burnout and depression throughout the last decade. Kristen discusses how she uses her mind and body as a "laboratory" to constantly check-in and be curious about what's working, what she is learning and how to adjust accordingly. We also explore the different aspects of Metta Meditation and how this can be a powerful practice to work with.
